Expected arrival date for orders placed from the rest of the world is approximately 1-2 weeks after shipment.
Shipping price does not include any custom duty or tax which may be charged to you depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos regarding the condition of the item.
Sender is responsible for return shipping cost. Please use a tracked shipping service for returning the item and send us the tracking information via email.
Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All items that are returned for an exchange* or refund must be in the same condition with no trace of use. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
*We only replace items which are faulty or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, let us know in your email.
